I had a Recruitment Room onboarding call yesterday with a new member.
He's a data scientist with a master's in AI. Technically he's miles ahead of where I was when I started, and probably ahead of most people who want to get into football.
A week before the call he'd put a short post on LinkedIn about a computer vision project from his master's, and it got a lot of reactions from people in the industry. He picked up connections with chief scouts and data scientists at Bundesliga clubs off the back of it, a couple in Italy too.
